WHAT IS FBA PREP & SELLER FULFILLED PRIME?
FBA Prep is the process of receiving, inspecting, labeling, and packaging inventory to Amazon's exact requirements before it's sent into Fulfillment by Amazon - poly-bagging, bundling, FNSKU labeling, and case-pack configuration done correctly the first time, since Amazon rejects or charges back for non-compliant shipments. Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) is different: it lets sellers keep inventory in their own warehouse network while still qualifying for the Prime badge, which requires meeting Amazon's fast delivery and low-defect standards without relying on Amazon's own fulfillment centers. Both require warehouse infrastructure and process discipline most brands don't have in-house.
